Bought a designer coat online costing over £100 and was charged £4:99 delivery. Alarm bells should have rung them because leading stores only require you to spend £50 at the most for free delivery. The fit of the coat was hideous so needed to return it.
Went online to contact the courier but they do not collect House of Fraser returns. You are required to return via Royal Mail which is costly. I certainly would not have bought from this company if I had been aware of that and will certainly never buy anything from the store,
DO NOT BUY FROM THIS COMPANY!!!
