1 star is too good for my recent experience of online shopping with House of Fraser. The items were packed shodderly, boxes were damaged and goods rolling around freely at the bottom of the parcel. Items were broken. An email was sent over a week ago regarding this and still no response. There is no telephone number to ring and in order to return items postage has to be paid. I have been a loyal HoF customer for many years and I feel it’s time to close my account snd shop elsewhere.
