I ordered a guess clutch bag 22nd October 2020. House of fraser took payment on 23rd October 2020. I have not received my order. Have used online enquiry form 29th October 2020 response order dispatched. Despite order status showing awaiting courier. Contacted House of Fraser in November seeking answer as to where my item is no reply. Wrote to CEO Mike Ashley no response. House of Fraser then had the nerve to ask me to review the missing item. My title no bag and 1 star (as zero not available) did not go through stating title profanity. To add insult to injury House of Fraser debited my account £29.99 on 23rd October 2020. I do have some profanities i would like to share with House of Fraser. No customer service number. Ghe online customer service email enquiry recipient obviously hasn't hot a clue. Needless to say House of Fraser has lost my custom.
