Been charged the money, but my dress has not arrived, it's not yet with the courier and yet I can't get a response from customer service via email or Twitter. No phone number. I don't understand why House of Fraser isn't employing enough people to service the demand that they have. No excuse. It can't possibly because that many of their staff are off sick, it must be due to furlough. Twitter is full of people complaining about poor customer service. Just terrible you can't get through to anyone or a response, the poor people trying to keep up with the complaints and queries must be completely overworked and stressed. So disappointed in a once trusted brand.
