Have emailed regarding 2 orders being charged nearly ten pounds delivery when the first order value was over 100 pound, qualifying for free delivery and 10 pound voucher. Got no voucher and charged delivery as 1 of my 3 items was out of stock. Not that I knew about this or had the option to choose an alternative as you don't inform of stock until after order has been placed. Also it took you 7 days to process my first order,. Not happy at all, I contacted customer services on Monday 16th November, received acknowledgment reply but nothing else. Sent another email on Wednesday 18th November, had no reply at all. But you're quick enough to contact me repeatedly to try to get me to spend more money. Seriously considering sending the lot back or perhaps if I return the items and then group the 2 orders together I'll be eligible for free delivery. A very disappointed customer Amanda
