I have mixed feelings about H of F. Initially I received y order quickly and effortlessly, and the items were except quite and value. However I wasn't so fortunate with my second order. I ordered 3 separate items. Two of the items were on a but one get one free basis. I received only one item of each if the buy one get one free offers making tge delivery 3 in total rather than five. I have been in contact with customer service using your contact us form and as yet have still not received the extra items. These items are still advertised on your website as buy one get one free.
