Unfortunately the item that I purchased for a present was sent badly marked. I emailed customer services 6 days ago to ask them if a replacement could be sent as I was worried it would go out of stock but other than the generic response email I have not had a reply. I now have to send the item back and claim back the returns postage later and re order again, which frankly compared to every other online retailer is extremely poor. I am looking to order elsewhere as I have no confidence in your company
