Made a big order hoping to collect it before lockdown . Received notification the date before to lockdown to collect it . Which was impossible for me. Wrote requesting refund and after 2 weeks still waiting for an answer! I ordered them again to be delivered , came on time for my son’s birthday ! Good home delivery, great quality of products, bad customer services !
