Absolutely shocking service.
I was sent the wrong item and have attempted to call but either get cut off or it just rings for minutes on end.
As well as that I have sent 2 emails highlighting my issue and all I got back both times was an automated email.
I had to go and buy my niece an alternative present whilst I'm still waiting after a week of trying for a reply.
