This is my second order to be delivered. First one apparently got lost in transit. I had to chase it up and instead of discussing with me my options, it was cancelled and i then had to reorder it.
This order did arrive but one of the items is incorrect. I will have wait for the store to re-open post lockdown to return or replace item. The other option is to pay to return it. That is not acceptable considering its HOF mistake and mine.
Again, less than positive customer service.
