I ordered 5 items from House of Fraser, 4 of them were in gift boxes for Christmas.
My items arrived in a plastic bag, when I opened them 3 out of 4 of the gift boxes were damaged or squashed, and one other item was snapped.
I tried to complain about this and they told me that the gift packaging is just there to protect the items?! So there is nothing they can do.
Very unhappy, and STILL awaiting a reply after I was unhappy with the response
