My order consisted of 6 bars of soap- Christmas gifts. There were only 4 in the parcel delivered although the invoice/delivery note clearly showed 6. I have since sent 3 e mails including the initial customer complaint through the company's web site. I have received only automated acknowledgements.
There does not appear to be a customer services phone number on the website making any contact dependent on HOF responding...
I am extremely dissappointed. It remains to be seen if the complaint will be resolved- or indeed if the company make any human contact.
