Part of my order arrived in a bag which contained breakable Christmas biscuits which were to be stocking fillers, the tubes of biscuits had come open so all the biscuits were loose and broken and the tubes were crushed, I contacted customer services and received a prompt automated response asking for photo evidence of my query. I sent said evidence and Since then which has now been 5 days I have had no response I have emailed 4 times, tried to ring 2 phone numbers which do not exist and I have left 2 Facebook messages with no response so I think it is evident your customer service is shocking, please can I have a refund or at least a response to a solution to my delivery. A very dissatisfied and disappointed customer
