Ordered a Michael Kors purse, when the goods arrived it was the wrong colour, returned for an exchange to the correct purse enclosing a picture of desired item but when the second delivery arrived it was exactly the same wrong item. Contacted HOF via email they asked me to send pictures of the delivered item, that was a week ago and I’ve had no reply. I’ve been on the website to find a contact number so I can actually speak to a human being but this isn’t available. Tried webchat but that’s never available either. Totally flabbergasted that such a large organisation with a huge high street presence has such poor customer relations.
