Thought £4.99 delivery charge steep for £90 order, but when the parcel finally arrived (after 5 days) I was appalled. Everything just chucked in loose into a flimsy grey bag with no protection at all. Ted Baker flask was all dented & Ted Baker glasses box scuffed. Didn’t see why I should have to pay to return & re-order so contacted customer services, who arranged free return. I explained in detail what the problem was, but when the replacement arrived it was in exactly the same condition. No effort whatsoever to improve the packaging. This time, two Ted Baker flasks dented and glasses case box scuffed again. I am so disappointed as I was relying on these for Christmas presents and have been created a load of hassle which I could really do without right now. I am having to return the flasks yet again, but none now available to re-order. I have decided to keep the glasses and try to patch up the box, but remain very unhappy. Iain in Customer Services tried to help me the best he could, but apart from that what shocking service! In addition to that, no wonder House of Fraser are struggling if they are having to discard unnecessarily damaged expensive products, and fail to provide a satisfactory on-line service.
