I placed an order on the 21st of November and upon reviving the confirmation realised I had been charged incorrectly for one of the items. Contacted HOF via email but have not had a reply. In the meantime, I got an email to say my order had been delivered but on checking the couriers POD, it was left outside my place of work with no card, no signature required and no parcel to be found. I have since contacted HOF again but have had NO response to either email.
To add insult to injury, I then receive an email asking me to review my recent purchase!? I would appreciate a response as I am currently without Christmas presents ordered and nearly £100 out of pocket!!
