I ordered a pair of tea lights, when I received them I was only sent one and it also came broken.
I complained and after over a week of chasing I received a response and they advised the second tea light was going to be sent out.
I received this a day or so ago and, again. The foot was broken off.
I doubt these two instances were HOF fault and more that of Hermes, but it is widely known that Hermes have a reputation of being rough with parcels so HOF should know to be careful when sending fragile parcels via them
