I ordered a fascinator which was packaged in a bag rather than a box and because the bag was too small anyway the fascinator had been folded in half to fit the bag and so by the time it arrived had a permanent fold and was unfit for purpose.
Several emails later I have received a full refund for the fascinator and original posting and currently await reimbursement for the return postage (notably £3.10 instead of £4.99 charged by House of Fraser to send the item to me). I find it difficult to understand why a business such as House of Fraser would not just acknowledge they have made a mistake rather than put the customer to the further inconvenience of sending numerous emails before they will return the customer to their original position. Would definitely think twice before shopping with House of Fraser again.
