I would love to be able to write a positive review of House of Fraser and the product I recently purchased, however, Hermes delivered my parcel to the wrong address and a week later they still haven't managed to sort this out. As this really isn't HoF's fault, I felt the need to give them 4 stars, however, can't say the same for their choice of courier on this occasion.
