The only thing I have paid £10.98 - £4.99 for two items and £4.99 for one item for postage when ordered three items as I want to avoid people - I received one item in the sealed plastic bag - I opened it to try it on before post to that item to my friend who lives in London in time for Xmas to my dismay you have left the metal thing on! I have to wait until next Friday - I am working full time and find time very difficult to pop past into House of Fraser - £4.99 postage just waste of money as I live 3 miles away from your place - can I get a refund for that?
