I ordered a coat that cost £180. It's a maternity coat and has inserts for pregnancy and for babies. These inserts were not supplied. My heavily pregnant wife cannot wear the coat. I have contacted House Of Fraser customer service 7 times but have had nothing more than generic replies. I'm very disappointed and especially enjoyed that there is no way to escalate and no way to get a response.
