Really happy with the online ease of purchasing and search capability of the website. Have some great brands too. However I made a purchase of over £100 to get the offer of £20 voucher and this has been so disappointing. Awful promo where you have no idea if you’ll get the voucher and complete lack of communication. Just know what every single transaction has to be checked to see if it qualifies. Really poor. Has put me off purchasing from HoF again.
