I would normally rate House of Fraser higher but on this occasion a lower mark is justified. I made a recent purchase, spending over £100. The offer was if you spend over £100 you'll receive a discount voucher of £20 to spend on a future purchase. I received an email on 3/12/20 with the voucher, which had to be used by 4/12/20. By the time i'd read the email it was too late to use, so I felt a bit on a con.
