I ordered a pair of men’s ugg slippers and received a pair of children’s ugg boots instead. No response from customer services in regards to them sending me my correct item out to me? I had to pay £8.80 to send back although wasn’t my fault. Still to hear back but will now be ordering the slippers from office who seem to be more reliable!!
