I still have not received my order. Hermes sent countless emails informing me they had tried to deliver my order, they had the correct post code but incorrect address. Even after informing Hermes repeatedly they persisted in trying to deliver to the wrong address. I then emailed yourselves directly and have been emailed that my order should arrive this afternoon. I hope it arrives, needless to say we won't be using H of F online shopping anymore
