Make up product not protectively packaged so bronzer had spilt all over the brush , compact and box
Asked immediately to send photos when complained . Sent by return e mail . Tardy response. Had to send 2 further complaints re return and not paying for return postage. Had paid to send back as no reply then got e mail saying no need to return did I want a replacement. No as concerned the same would happen again
Shame as high end product with good discount
