I ordered some Charlotte Tilbury make up and spent extra to get the free gift set. I later received an email to say the free gift was out of stock. I immediately emailed to cancel the order as some of the items I had purchased was purely to get the gift. I had no response for a couple of days to then find out the order had since been dispatched. I was advised to not take receipt of the delivery by HoF and then I could receive a full refund. I did this, it was then delivered again a couple of days later whilst I was out. I open the package as this now meant I needed to return to store only to find everything was smashed and I now have makeup all over my carpet. £100 of product ruined, poor packaging and a bumpy transit .
