So Disappointed the minute I saw this parcel being delivered in a bag. The gift sets inside did not survive the journey with bruises and bashes. They were completely unacceptable to gift. I can’t believe I even paid for the privilege of this packaging after spending in excess of £300. Now I have to package the damaged items up and then take them to an uplift station to be returned. In addition some of the stock has come in with sale labels which I have not received at the price marked. Eg. I have paid £38 per pack of Calvin Klein Underwear and it is advertised On the package at 2 for £55. And yes I did buy 2. I thought that this practice was not allowed under the trading standards act. To add insult to injury the sticky labels are a nightmare to come off. I have spoiled my manicure trying to remove them. I didn’t need this hassle as I am sure house of Fraser didn’t either!!!! Regardless of the time of year.
