I have placed an order recently and have not received any of my parcels yet, its been more than 10 days, I have tried contacting you but its impossible as there is no direct number and my email has not been answered yet.
This is not a very good reputation for a big company like you, I am not happy at all with the service I have received and need to request a refund asap please.
