Item damaged and leaking can't return as post office won't accept as it's literally leaking
Have sent many emails to CS had nothing back when I call I get cut off
Xmas gift so imperative someone replies but so far feel let down - unless resolved my trade goes elsewhere from now on
Images of issue all in CS emails - need resolving asap but have no reasonable means to contact you which is frustrating and poor
