Delivered parcel via Hermes who dumped it over our 6 ft gate, causing damage to contents and had to take a soaking wet bag into house! Then found an item listed but missing ? Also one item ordered was out of
stock - I was informed ( fair enough ) but it’s been nearly 2 weeks and still no refund or reply to previous e mails . I’ve heard this off other friends and family - what a shower ....
