I made my purchase in store in accordance with government “support the high street” campaign unfortunately I had to return the item to Jo Malone but could not get a refund only offered a credit note but told if I had purchased on line then I could obtain a refund. Under the current climate I am extremely disappointed with this decision which goes against all government principles and makes no sense. I declined the credit note and said I would take the matter further. I always choose House of Fraser as my priority shopping destination but never again. I have a House of Fraser credit card and won’t be using it again. You asked for my review and I will be taking this matter further. regards Diane Courtnell
