Never order from House of Frazer. This company don't deliver your items and there is no way of contacting them. I have sent 4 "tickets" and an email I found for someone at House of Fraser however no response whatsoever. I have not received items and cant now get a refund from them because they simply don't reply, avoid at all costs.
