Over half of the items have still not arrived. I have tried contacting House of Fraser several times but have not had a response.
1 of the items that was delivered was an eye shadow set. All the eye shadows were completely smashed and broken so I have to return it as it’s faulty but I have to pay for the return.
Very poor service.
