I thought the service with House of Fraser was good. The biggest disappointment I had was with the delivery charge. House of Fraser must now be one of the only online retailers that charge for delivery. This charge would deter me from using House of Fraser in the future. On a positive the delivery arrived when you said and I am happy with everything else.
