I was charged £6 click and collect but exceeded the £100 threshold to receive a £10 voucher. When I came to collect my package, one of the items was not available so I did not receive my voucher, yet they still kept the £6 click and collect. I have emailed customer services twice and still have had no response. There was nothing wrong with the products I did receive but better customer relations, or at least a response would be nice.
