The worst experience ever!
I ordered a set and they delivered a half of the set! Not possible to go through the customer service, web chat doesn't work! They just send you useless automatic replies! Today I received an email from customer service saying that my parcel has been picked up by their courier. They also provided the tracking number which is old saying that its been delivered a week ago. Also, no apologies for the service, nothing! THE WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE EVER! WONT BUY ANYTHING IN HOF ANYMORE
