My order came completely wrong and there is no way of contacting Customer Service other than email - which I've been waiting for over 5 days and still have no idea if I will ever get a response. I even tried the HOF twitter feed and it's the same! Extremely poor customer support, sorry more like, NON-EXISTENT customer support! Anyway back to my order, I ordered just ONE item and they managed to screw that order up. I even paid their ridiculous delivery fee as they also charge to have it delivered in-store. If I were to return this, I WILL have to pay for that also considering it's HOF who made the error. Perhaps they will reimburse me for the return delivery, but will they return the original £4.99 delivery I paid? And would I have to pay another delivery cost for having the item re-ordered? I have absolutely NO CLUE because the Customer Service has STILL not got back to me after many days. Absolutely embarrassing, shocking management, considering high street retails are closing down left right centre, HOF are not doing themselves any favour with such a shocking service. Of course they will blame COVID if they were to close down when really they overcharge on products with no customer service. Even the staff in-store are super lazy and don't know how to provide the most basic service. Before purchasing the item online, I was in-store where I needed help and saw 3 staff just casually ignoring me and other customers as they were too busy rambling on about their holiday plans and were virtually giving me dirty looks when I had to interrupt them for a product enquiry. When I went back in store to see if I can return the wrong item (which you can't by the way!!) the staff were just clearly not bothered or interested in helping. Never going HOF again!
