I was delighted with the goods that i ordered, however, they arrived in a plastic bag delivered by a Hermes courier.
Bearing in mind the time of year, quite a few of these items were gifts, they included boxed candles. Sadly due to these being packed in a plastic bag & not in a box the boxes the candles were in were a bit bashed, not great at all seeing as these are gifts.
Maybe House Of Fraser could deliver more fragile items in boxes?
