I will never buy anything from House of Fraser again after failed attempts to recover money for a missing item that I have been charged for. The only working method to contact Customer service is by email and when you do you get an automated reply that does not give a personal response towards resolution. I am now left out of pocket for an item I did not receive, despite it showing on the invoice, dispatch notice and the parcel it came in was completely in tact.
My hope of me doing this review is that it may finally lead to me getting a refund.
