Unable to contact anyone via telephone at cust services emailed twice no reply..ordered a 14 coat too tight reordered a 16 still too small..returned both then hof sent out an exchange of another size 16 identical to the one they had received back..obviously some confusion..del service has been quick..the refund of 1 coat also prompt..just waiting now for refund of second coat. If i could have spoken to someone i could have stopped the unwanted exchange being sent out.
