Hmmmmm hard one to rate. One item I ordered I would give a 1 star. I ordered a t shirt that was in the sale. When it arrived it had makeup on the neck and a big non return non refundable tag attached to it. I didn't see this on the site when I ordered it. Not good. As this was for me I just washed it. If it was a present I could not have returned it. The other items I ordered were fine. However, since House of Fraser have been taken over, you cannot return anything free anymore and it is quite impossible to contact or get a reply from anyone if you have any problems.
