I have placed my pre-order online with the product availability from 7th Dec. As stated in the email from HOF “order is subject to stock availability and does not constitute a binding contract. This email does not constitute or represent confirmation of the purchase. This will be issued when your order has been processed by our warehouse team.” It’s been 10 days since product could be available, however I have not received any information is it. I appreciate the fact it might not be but when or if someone is going to inform me about this and when I am going to receive my refund? On the other hand how long should I wait for completing my order? A year, two or more...? I have sent 3 emails, which first was ignored, response to second was someone will be in touch with me soon(4 days later-nothing), third just posted. Terrible experience.
