The postage and return options with House of Fraser are absolutely shocking. £5 for standard delivery and no option to get it delivered to store free of charge for collection like most other leading retailers do. The cost of in store delivery is £5 despite the delivery lorry’s going their daily anyway! What’s more the returns process that is in place is equally as poor, you have to pay for returns sent by the post office out of your own pocket and just hope they get there! Won’t be ordering from here again.
