Received email stating items had been delivered but nothing received. Items finally delivered three days later but were 'dumped in an insecure public entrance lobby of my block of flats although delivery address clearly stated second floor.
Have made formal complaint to House of Fraser Customer Services but to date have not had the courtesy of a reply.
Both House of Fraser and their selected courier rated as very poor on service.
