I was very unimpressed with HoF customer service in my most recent experience. I was sent the wrong product - after I returned it for a refund, I re-ordered it but was sent the wrong product again, suggesting there is a warehouse problem. However when I tried to raise this with the customer service team I was simply told that the products would be refunded if I returned them - no explanation for or even acknowledgement of what is clearly quite a big issue and will no doubt see other customers suffer the same. Whilst I have now purchased and received the product from another website, I have still not been offered an explanation or acknowledgement despite requesting one twice. I suggest you review the emails on my records for the full background on this.
