Placed a £200+ order of a handful of items. Order came in two parts with two dispatch notes. Everything seemed fine.
One item missing and on dispatch note says “zero”.
I’ve received no further communication to tell me if it’s on it’s way, if it’s going to be late or if it’s being refunded.
I’ve been charged for the full amount.
Cannot get hold of customer service and no response to my emails.
Weeks have passed, and I still have no idea when or if I’ll receive my final item.
