Paid £8 for next day delivery to ensure my gift arrived in time for a Birthday. To my disappointment, they sent me the wrong item and therefore spoilt the Birthday. No phone number to call to get help, only e-mail which a week later I’ve had no help and the item I ordered is now sold out. Very poor customer service, zero in fact. I’ve asked for a refund of my £8 postage considering they failed to send the correct item.
