Three out of four items arrived perfectly. The Barbour shirt worth £70 arrived in a crumpled heap, stuffed in a bag. I emailed customer service as it is supposed to be a Christmas present but I have had no active response so I Facebook messaged the photos along with a request of what I should do about this unusable present and got a response of ‘what is faulty with the item’ I then explained my issue again and have had no further correspondence. I would love to actually speak to someone in customer services but they don’t seem to be contactable.
