I ordered many presents from HoF due to the discounts which by and large was ok. However, there are many areas that could be improved. Firstly, I placed two separate orders, both of which contained a number of items. The items weren't dispatched together but instead I was receiving one or two items at a time over a period of a couple of weeks. Didn't make it easy to keep track of what was outstanding. A number of items I ordered I received a subsequent notification a few days (even a week or so!) saying they were now out of stock and issued a refund for. This isn't ideal when ordering presents near Christmas that you then need to seek elsewhere. Finally, not every item was well received; damaged packaging (presentation boxes etc) were torn or creased.
